PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE STOCKS WHICH ARE NOT ON HAND AND ARE FABRICATED TO ORDER

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Pre orders require payment to be made at Checkout.


2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations after we have initiated the manufacturing process by meeting the threshold and started production.


3. The manufacturing time of the iQuiki KIOSK (including CAD model design of KIOSK and packaging, fabrication of sheet metal shell and painting, assembly, quality inspection and testing, cleaning, packaging) is about 35 days. The customs clearance (including sorting, customs clearance, dismantling, delivery) is about a week, the customer is expected to receive the goods in about 35 days after they ship. It is estimated that you can receive the kiosk in 42 days after the shipment from our factory. It is worth mentioning that sometimes our factory may have increased orders, and this may lead to delays in delivery, and transportation is sometimes affected by the epidemic or other factors.


4. As this is a Pre-Order, we must meet a threshold of 10 kiosks ordered to ship to keep your shipping costs down. We will ship orders the moment they are available. Once we reach that threshold they will go into production. Our team will keep you informed during this process.


5. Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 77 days due to several factors (eg: customs) and where you are in the Queue.


6. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.


7. While your kiosk is being manufactured our team will be working with you to build your portal design and installation of 3rd party apps. Offering you guidance with installation and operation as well as tips on how to leverage your kiosk. One way one can leverage the iQuiki Kiosk is with the sale of advertising this passive income adds up quickly.


8. Please note your “Portal Maintenance & Monitoring Package” Start Date begins when you have received your iQuiki Kiosk. If you order multiple kiosks during this pre-order launch you will receive a rebate from 25%-35% for the Portal Maintenance & Monitoring Package Only not the Hardware (the hardware has been discounted 20% for the first 500 sold) this discount is only applicable for the package you choose 1, 2 or 3 years


9. There is a 1-year Manufacturer’s Warranty for Hardware.


10. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.
